I have always been high energy. I swam in High school/College and had a brief career in triathlon before I turned to bike racing. Throughout my career in sport I worked to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. After 5 years of working in a level 1 Neuro-trauma center and racing as a UCI professional cyclist I found I was able to help people through coaching; healing with exercise and proper nutrition. This is my passion and what I do full time now.

In 2015 I acquired a chronic disease with very little western medical treatment available. With great mentors, I began my personal deep dive into nutrition, and natural healing through lifestyle improvements.

I have stepped away from racing full time to team up with other people with illness in smashing their goals!
